According to an article recently published by Thrillist, Chattanooga’s North Shore is 1 of the country’s top US 12 neighborhoods ready for explosive growth. The assessment was based upon input and research from realtors, trend watchers and developers across the country.
The top small cities across the country include everything from West Nashville to Little Haiti outside of Miami and South Beach outside of San Francisco.
What’s leading to the North Shore boom? Start-ups, entrepreneurs and small business growth. The proximity to downtown Chattanooga is an added bonus and $70 million dollars is planned in new development over the next several years.
