Why Service Matters – When I first arrived in Chattanooga, Tennessee almost 10 years ago, one of the very first things I noticed was the lack of service real estate agents offered to their Clients. Despite the fact that I had been a licensed Real Estate Broker for 13 years at that time, I opted to work with a local agent to assist with the process here in Chattanooga. And what I realized was the agents here were not providing their Cients with the level of service I had provided for well over a decade. For starters, I found my own home here in Chattanooga. I also found the home inspector and movers. I was moving across the country and received very little support from my local Chattanooga real estate agent; making the process far more stressful.
So I decided to not only get my real estate license in both Tennessee and Georgia, I decided to open my own brokerage firm so I could run my business and service the way I wanted to.
